Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 5 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by carrier and destination.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's website.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email hello@getnikamedica.com as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order has shipped. We are not able to redirect a package once it is with the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 or more days, or your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
