Dr. Nicholas Kambourakis, founder of Island Chiropractic and a specialist in holistic care, saw a growing need among his patients—especially wellness-conscious individuals—for a clean, non-medicated way to relieve nasal congestion and support better airflow throughout the day and night.
Teaming up with entrepreneur Hamed Taeb, the two created a clean, supplement-based nasal spray designed to support better airflow naturally—whether you're sleeping, flying, or just going about your day. What began as a solution for patients quickly turned into a product anyone can use to breathe and rest easier, no prescription needed.

With more than 20 years of clinical experience and thousands of patients served, Dr. K’s clinical focus has been in chiropractic, physical medicine, nutrition, and functional medicine. His lifelong passion to see patients realize their innate health potential has inspired this nasal spray.
